Beverages:
All alcohol must be purchased from Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn. No outside alcohol is permitted in the Bridal Suite or on the grounds. Open alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited outside of the property. No alcohol is to be served to minors.

Music:
Music is permitted on the grounds and must end promptly at 9:45 p.m. to comply with the City of Big Bear Noise Ordinance. Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn is located within a residential neighborhood and as such cannot allow amplified announcements or singing, and no pounding bass beat. A sound check will be conducted with the DJ to make sure the noise level is in compliance with this policy. Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn reserves the right to discontinue the music if the event does not comply. No live bands are permitted. DJ or MC must bring their own PA system and mics.

Flowers:
Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn does not have a flower storage area. All deliveries and arrangements must be made the day of the event.

Decorations:
Only LED or battery-operated candles are allowed. All decorations must be removed without leaving damages. ONLY drafting tape is allowed as it will not damage the walls. No other tape, staples, or straight pins are permitted. Flower petals, balloons, bubbles and birdseed are permitted but only outside. Rice, confetti, glitter, fog machines, pyrotechnics and sparklers are not allowed.

General Information:
The host grants Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn to take and use copies of photographs and videos of the event for limited marketing and advertising purposes. The event must end by 10:00 p.m. to comply with the City of Big Bear.

Pets:
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pricing:
Wedding Package Price is $7,000. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The balance is due 45 days prior to event.

Our elopement package includes:

Intimate ceremonies are held between 12:30pm and 2:30pm and are followed by cake cutting and a champagne toast. The ceremony and reception may last up to 2 hours. Our elopement package is for couples desiring a private ceremony for two or wish to include just family members and close friends. To ensure exclusivity, we host only one wedding per day.

• Intimate garden ceremony.
• Use of our ceremonial gazebo.
• Ministry, wedding bouquet & boutonniere.
• Single-tiered wedding cake, including cutting and service.
• Champagne toast for up to 20 guests (extra $20 per person)
• One night stay in a beautifully decorated suite
• Each suite is specially appointed with a king bed, two-person spa tub, luxury robes, a sitting cove, in-room Keurig, TV, DVD and coz y fireplace.
• On-site “Day-Of Wedding Coordinator“ for peace of mind and planning assistance on the day of your wedding.

Our elopement package price is $4,000 for up to 20 guests. Extra guests are $20 per person up to 30 guests total. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your elopement package.

Ala Cart Extra

In room massage for Two: Massage therapy provided by highly skilled and licensed masseuses. The bride and groom will each enjoy a 60 minute Swedish massage performed in the privacy of their own guest room.

Mimosa Bar:
Our Mimosa bar provides the bridal party activities, a décor piece, and a beverage all in one. Plus, who doesn’t love an opportunity for customization? It allows your bridal party to make their cocktail recipe exactly the way they like it. Maybe someone wants a lot of champagne and a splash of juice, or vice versa. It’s always fun to make your own drinks, especially when all the ingredients are pre-prepared.
